Restauration citroen trefle moteur - julio ubierna

A propos du systeme special de freins, il ne jumelle pas le frein de transamission avec le frein a main: La 4eme pedale actionne le frein a main .
Dans les faits , cette 4eme pedale est un peu superflue car le levier special GREHA fait tres bien l' affaire !

fixe a la traverse grace a deux gros etriers :

I did a little modification with 3 holes,i think that it is better

... here are two pictures showing the distance from the bracket fixing the " barre" to the chassis to the two bolts attaching the box to the barre .( Ihave put dots of white paint on the bolts )

This distance is 9.5cm and 23cm:

I made a bronze reproduction patins  suspension for my citroen .what I receive in three weeks, it cost me 360 euros, a bit expensive but .....





Also, I finally worked with the chassis, we apply another primer, then the product photo and finally glossy paint quality, this is the result

hello Michel and Fer,thanks for your question,i was need some product for do a gabarit for the patins,my patins are in bad condition ,i think that it is a very important part for ours citroen.
I use this product in my job,it is very resistant ,but i have not tested it in this parts,but i think that is not a problem,i did it only for gabarit,not for use .
You must clean the parts,after you must aply the primer, in 10-15 minutes the product. You must wait a few days to completely dry, apparently in a few hours will be dry ,but is not true,

Suite à la restauration de ma Citroën, il est trop lent, mais je profite

All will remember that i will did a refabrication of patins of suspension, after much time and money with molds, the refabrication not served as they remain quite small to cool the bronze.(1,5mm both sides)
A big problem                


Tous se souviendront que cela va faire un Patins de fabrication de suspension, après beaucoup de temps et d'argent avec des moules, réusinage pas servi car ils restent assez petites pour refroidir le bronze.
Un gros problème











Je suis assez têtu, donc j'eu l'idée de couvrir la pièce originale de la feuille de 1.5mm, beaucoup de travail avec le soudage, mais ....
